EasyHelp is a local-first location manager. It saves, organises, and shares GPS locations via SMS, email, or photo. We do not operate any server, do not create user accounts, and do not transmit your personal data to any server we control.

All of this data lives in encrypted local storage on your device. It is never uploaded anywhere. You can delete it at any time from Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

All runtime permissions show an explanation dialog before the system request. If you deny a permission, the related feature is gracefully disabled; the rest of the app continues to work.

You can opt out of personalised ads at any time on Android via:
Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" on older Android)
We do not receive any personally identifiable information from AdMob.
When you refresh your location, the app converts GPS coordinates to a human-readable address using a geocoding service. This request contains only coordinates (no name, account, or identifier). It is a one-way lookup; results are displayed on screen and are not stored on any server by us.
The Demo Mode (accessible from Settings) loads 10 San Francisco sample locations entirely in memory. No demo data is ever written to your device's local storage. When you exit Demo Mode, all demo data is discarded immediately.
EasyHelp does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account registration and does not transmit personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us via the in-app feedback feature and we will take appropriate action.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
